At Unxit, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. To ensure this, we offer a comprehensive Return & Exchange policy. You can return or exchange items within seven days of delivery.

Note: Exchanges or refunds are not available during our Winter Sale.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you with item exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Items must be unused.
2. Items must be returned in their original Unxit packaging.
3. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Include a copy of the Unxit packing slip or order confirmation email to request the new size or product. (Please note, availability of all items and sizes for exchange cannot be guaranteed.)

Return Policy

You may return items only if they are received damaged. In such cases:

1. Delivery charges will be covered by us.
2. Attach a copy of the packing list or order confirmation email, indicating the new size or product needed. (Availability of all items and sizes for exchange cannot be guaranteed.)
3. You may also request a refund.

Order Cancellations

Unxit reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

1. The item is out of stock.
2. Pricing issues.
3. Declined credit card.
4. Customer does not respond to the confirmation call from a Unxit representative.
